If the loan gets approved, I will have to make profit during the loan repayment period.

If I don’t spend the loan money for the purpose as stated in the loan application, J-fund and NOA can, after a loan assignment control, ask for the loan to be repaid instantly, together with other expenses. I understand that I must fulfill my obligation to recruit handicapped employees as presented in the application otherwise I will have to return the loan instantly. If I am late with any installment, I will be punished in a way that I will have to pay the penalty fee. If my accounting books aren’t correct, I obligate myself to attend proper training organized by NOA, as well as I can loose the possibility of getting the loan
