The J-Fund began its activity in Croatia in the middle of 2006. The operation in Croatia is coordinated with a local partner, NOA micro-credit loan fund situated in Osijek. NOA and the JOINT signed an agreement to establish a shared 50/50 credit line called The J-Fund to promote the employment of the disabled in the still war-damaged economy of the border regions of Croatia.
