To receive a loan from The J-Fund the proposed project must be professionally and economically sound.Only organizations or businesses with commercially promising investment projects that can promise steady jobs for the disabled need apply.
The J-Fund is a non-interest bearing loan fund.We do not award grants.“Charity is Our Last Choice!”
Borrowers from The J-Fund must repay the money according to the terms of the loan.In order to apply for a loan the project or business should prepare a business plan or fill out a loan application. The Application or Business Plan is to be filed with the local office of The J-Fund in each country of operation to be analyzed and checked.Potential projects will have to pass a due diligence check prior to receiving the loan. Based on economic feasibility and credit-worthiness The J-FundLoan Committee will either approve or disapprove the loan.
The whole process can take two to three months
Preparing a Business Plan for Submission to The J-Fund
The business plan must be written in English and contain the following elements:
1. An executive summary
2. The applicant and its track record (for existing businesses)
3. The proposed business opportunity
4. The available market and current competition
5. The planned operation of the business
6. Pricing policy
7. Marketing & sales plan
8. Organization and staffing with an emphasis on the disabled personnel
9. Profit and loss, cash flow projections
Application Form
Another option for a project or business to apply to the J-fund is to fill an application form.
In some cases the form will be sufficient, but in others the project might be asked to submit a full sound business plan.
